Diwali Dinner 2011

November 12, 2011 - CUHCS celebrated Diwali with our annual Diwali Dinner! This featured a puja conducted by our chaplain Dr Vick followed by a sumptuous full Indian meal. After this, entertainment for the rest of the evening was provided in the form of a committee play -- Hari Puttar and the Prisoner of Ravan -- followed classical dance performance from member of the Cambridge University Indian Cultural Arts Society (CUICAS). We then saw out the night in true festive style with sparklers for all.
